Books and Pamphlets

Ever since I've been in the printing business, some 18 years now, I have been fascinated by the creative books that people bring in for us to print.  These people are not waiting to be "discovered" (not even wanting to be discovered) and are not put off by the rigorous and often arrogant rejection of publishers.  I'm not necessarily suggesting that some books or articles should not be submitted to publishers, to the contrary, I'm suggesting that you should go ahead, write your book, publish it yourself and then you will be in the best position to decide whether or not you want to pursue the classical publishing route or to continue to "self publish" according to your own requirements.
