Congratulations

Don't hesitate to say congratulations when someone has succeeded greatly from their own skill or hard work.

	Here is a great card which pictures a little boat in horrendously turbulant waters just below Niagra Falls and the inscription, "Ok, ok now hold the boat steady, Ok now . . ."
	And on the inside the sentiment, "Great fortunes sure are hard to find but you've really done it." "Congratulations!"
